Darren Redies has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Darren began their career as an Internet Marketing Manager and System Manager at Fort Optical from 1995 to 1999. In 1999, they started their own consulting firm, DGR Consulting, where they served as the Owner until 2013. During this time, they consulted with mid-market companies to deliver ERP and CRM solutions. Starting from 2010 to 2014, they took on the role of Commodore at Surrey Sailing Club and implemented various initiatives to increase membership and revenue.

In 2013, Darren joined The Answer Company as a Solutions Architect, responsible for requirements gathering, system review, and implementation planning for ERP implementations. Darren also worked as the Director of Pre-Sales and Solution Design, where they focused on determining the best product mix to meet the requirements of mid-sized companies across industries and delivering cost-effective solutions.

Throughout their career, Darren has specialized skills in identifying needs, solutions, and benefits to improve operations, profitability, and efficiencies of their customers in industries such as discrete manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management. Darren is knowledgeable in ERP, CRM, Advanced Planning & Scheduling, Demand Planning, and Warehouse Management tools.

Darren Redies attended the University of Victoria from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a B Comm degree in Entrepreneurship.
