Glenn Charlton

Glenn Charlton has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Glenn started their career as an IT Manager at Alpha Technologies in 1992 before moving on to become a Manager of Information Systems at Mackie Designs in 1997. In this role, they led the implementation of Oracle ERP across multiple sites. In 2002, Glenn joined IFS as a System Engineer and Project/Client Manager for three years. Glenn then worked at IDR Business Solutions as an Implementation Consultant and Systems Engineer from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Charlton Consulting as an Implementation Consultant, leading the implementation of SAP Business One. Glenn joined The Answer Company in 2007 as a Senior Implementation Consultant and eventually became the Professional Services Director for the Sage X3 Group. Glenn'smost recent role is as the Sage X3 Application Principal and PSG Director at The Answer Company, which they have held since December 2018.
