Aditya Kushwaha is a Program Officer at The Antara Foundation, focusing on capacity building and system strengthening in Maternal Child Health and Nutrition with the government of Madhya Pradesh since February 2023. Previously, Aditya worked as a Project Executive at Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN) from August 2018 to December 2022, engaging in rural development, livelihood strengthening, community mobilization, and institution building. Earlier experience includes a Development Apprentice role at PRADAN and a Summer Internship as a Junior Project Analyst at APARC Pvt. Ltd., where project work involved skill gap analysis for the Gujarat Urban Livelihood Mission. Aditya also completed summer internships related to urban planning and GIS operations at the National Centre for Human Settlements and Environment. Aditya holds a B.PLAN in Urban and Regional Planning from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (2014-2018) and completed higher secondary education at Subhash Higher Secondary School for Excellence in Bhopal (2010-2014).
