Niharika Dubey

Niharika Dubey currently serves as a Program Officer for Training & Implementation at The Antara Foundation, having joined in September 2025. Prior to this role, Niharika worked as a Technical Officer for Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management with CInI - Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives, Tata Trusts, between September 2022 and September 2025, where leadership was provided to a team focused on implementing menstrual health strategies and contributing to WaSH initiatives. Previous experience includes a District Consultant role under the Aayushman Bharat program, Team Lead for a tuberculosis notification campaign at CETI, and various positions in quality assurance and healthcare operations, alongside educational qualifications that include an MBA in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore. Niharika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, complemented by early educational achievements at the Central Board of Secondary Education.
