Jamie Okonak

Jamie Okonak is a seasoned marketing and operational leader with extensive experience across various industries. As the Co-Founder of The Antidote since November 2022, Jamie focuses on leveraging the potential of the subconscious mind to enhance personal and professional growth. Previously, in roles at Skill Developers as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, Jamie implemented operational strategies to optimize efficiency and align organizational goals. Jamie's career also includes positions as a Marketing Consultant at the Association for Talent Development and AARP, and leadership roles such as Marketing Director at The Source For Learning and Director at Social Solutions, Inc. Additionally, Jamie has a strong background in demand generation and marketing operations from tenure at Cisco, where Jamie established successful marketing practices that significantly increased revenue. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University.
