Dr. Dhaval Makwana

Dr. Dhaval Makwana is a Senior Design Engineer at The Anup Engineering Limited, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Fellow (DST-SERB) at the Institute of Infrastructure Technology Research and Management, Ahmedabad, from September 2017 to July 2023, focusing on metal foams of aluminum and magnesium-based alloys. Earlier, Dr. Makwana was a Project Intern at the Institute For Plasma Research, where the role involved high-temperature tensile testing of pure tungsten for nuclear fusion applications. Dr. Makwana is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the Institute of Infrastructure Technology Research and Management (IITRAM), holding a Master’s Degree in CAD/CAM from L.D. College of Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Bhavnagar.
