Josh Harrold, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of experiential marketing and events. Starting in 2002 as an Associate Brand Manager and National Spokesperson for Yoo-hoo Chocolate Drink, they gained experience in marketing strategies, project management, and budgeting. Josh then worked at Ogilvy & Mather as an Event Production Manager, where they designed experiential marketing campaigns and handled multiple projects simultaneously.
In 2010, Josh joined Mosaic Sales Solutions as an Account Manager, where they oversaw national experiential marketing tours and mentored junior colleagues. Josh executed successful college football tours for the launch of Microsoft Windows Phone 7.
From 2013 to 2014, Josh served as a Senior Director at On Board Experiential, leading the mobile tour department and focusing on campaign impact and ROI measurement. Josh then became the Director of Events at 24 Seven Inc., leading a team of account managers and significantly increasing the statements of work (SOWs) within three months of employment.
Josh's next role was as the Director of Operations at FoxTales, where they implemented new budgeting methods resulting in a significant profit increase. Following that, they worked at Plenty as a Senior Experiential Marketing Manager, responsible for launch strategies in new markets and creating an analytical tool to measure ROI accurately.
Currently, Josh is the Director of Account Services & Production at The Apex Agency, LLC (DBA Apex Performance), leading accounts and production. Josh also served as the Executive Producer, overseeing the agency's automotive marketing initiatives, new product introductions, and training programs.
Throughout their career, Josh Harrold has consistently demonstrated their ability to manage teams, execute successful campaigns, and drive profitability through strategic initiatives.
Josh Harrold, MBA completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Pepperdine University in 2001. Josh then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from Fort Hays State University between 2010 and 2014.
