Nicholas Ingall

Nicholas Ingall is an Operations Manager at The Apollo Restaurant Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the same position at Greca Restaurant and Yoko Dining from November 2019 to August 2022. With a background in front and back of house operations, Nicholas has experience as a Venue Manager and Restaurant Manager at Greca Restaurant and The Apollo Restaurant respectively. Nicholas has completed a Master of Business Administration at The University of Queensland and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from UNSW.
