Morgan Reed

Morgan Reed is the President and Executive Director at ACT | The App Association since June 2003. Prior to this, Morgan worked as a Sr. Legislative Advisor at Venable from 2000 to 2003. Morgan holds a BA in Political Science/Chinese from Arizona State University, and attended the University of Utah from 1990 to 1991. Morgan completed high school at West Valley High School in 1986.
