Priya Nair

Priya Nair is a Senior Intellectual Property Policy Counsel at ACT | The App Association since June 2022, previously serving as an Intellectual Property Policy Counsel. Nair's legal experience includes roles as Associate Attorney at Taylor Law DC, Judicial Intern at Arlington County Circuit Court, Legal Intern at The SJS Law Firm focusing on Small Business Law, Legal Extern at the U.S. Department of Justice in Constitutional and Specialized Torts Litigation, and Legal Intern at Nashville Electric Service. Nair earned a J.D. with a Recognition in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University Law School, having previously attended the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and the University of Louisville for undergraduate studies. Education also includes a brief experience at Maynooth University and a high school diploma from Dupont Manual High School specialized in Math, Science, and Technology.
