Assistant Head Teacher, Student Welfare And Support Services at The Arbor School Dubai

Richard Swingler is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Head Teacher for Student Welfare and Support Services at The Arbor School Dubai. In this role, Richard leads the Primary School's Pastoral Care, oversees the House System, and manages student leadership initiatives while integrating the Thrive Inclusion Team. Prior to this, Richard owned Bohoja, a guardianship service for boarding students, and functioned as Deputy Head Teacher at North London Collegiate School Jeju, where Richard contributed to the school’s development and accreditation. Further experience includes roles as Assistant Head Teacher at Dean Valley Community Primary School and Extra Curricular Activities Coordinator at Old Hall Drive Primary School. Richard holds a Bachelor of Education degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
