Kayrifa Little has a background in providing support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, building leads for sales teams, and running a successful trucking business. With experience in program analysis, resource coordination, and healthcare assistance, Kayrifa has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Howard University and certifications in nursing education. Currently, Kayrifa is focused on technology sales and advocating for equity for individuals with disabilities.

The Arc is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. With approximately 140,000 members affiliated through over 600 state and local chapters across the nation, we are on the front lines to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families have the support and services they need to be fully engaged in their communities. The Arc promotes and protects the human rights of people with I/DD and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.
