Kim Musheno is a seasoned advocate in public policy for individuals with developmental disabilities, currently serving as the Senior Director of Medicaid Policy at The Arc of the United States since January 2025. In this role, Kim leads legislative and administrative advocacy on Medicaid policies, engaging with Congress and federal agencies, while providing strategic guidance to The Arc’s chapters. Prior experience includes the Vice President of Public Policy at the Autism Society of America, and the Director of Public Policy at AUCD. Kim's career at The Arc began as the Director of Governmental Affairs Communications, following a role as the Director of Membership Services at the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and attended Penn State University.
