Frank Adu

Frank Adu is the CEO at THE ARC MIDDLESEX COUNTY, INC. Frank was previously the Chief Operating Officer at The Arc Middlesex County from July 2008 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Finance, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Transportation and Property Management Departments. Frank also provided oversight and management of all financial functions, supervised all fiscal reporting, contract reviews, and agreement renewals with government agencies, private foundations, and corporations to ensure accuracy and compliance with funding guidelines, and managed and implemented all structural and operational processes and continually improved policies and procedures to further streamline operations.

Prior to their role as Chief Operating Officer, Frank Adu served as the Assistant Executive Director at The Arc Middlesex County from January 1996 to June 2008.
