Dipti Vaidya is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various accounting roles. Since August 2013, Dipti has served as a Staff Accountant at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region, overseeing a range of accounting functions including report preparation, account reconciliation, and financial data analysis. Prior to this, Dipti worked as an Account Assistant at Tim Plastics, Inc. from January 2013 to August 2013, focusing on financial reports and journal entries. Dipti's earlier experience includes a tenure as Accounting Manager at Right Price Trade Wholesale from January 2004 to September 2012, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budget management, auditing accounts, and performing complex reconciliations. Dipti holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, completed between 1992 and 1997.

The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region is a private, non-profit local chapter of The Arc of Maryland and The Arc of The United States, the largest volunteer organization in the world devoted exclusively to improving the quality of life for all adults and children with mental retardation and their families. It is an affiliate agency of The United Way of Central Maryland and The United Way of Cecil County.
