Kristen G. Powers

Kristen Powers, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and development within the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of The Arc Caddo-Bossier since December 2020, Kristen previously held key positions including Director of Development at Holy Angels Residential Facility and Director of Development & Outreach at Robinson's Rescue. Kristen's earlier career includes roles such as Marketing Director for The Times Media Network and Marketing and Public Relations at CHRISTUS Health Shreveport-Bossier, along with significant experience in business development and communications. Kristen holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans and a BA in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Louisiana State University.
