The current leadership team at The Arc of Cape May County has experience in a variety of industries, with a focus on development and human resources. They have degrees from New York University, Stockton University, and Atlantic Cape Community College. They have worked at Drexel University, Resources for Human Development, The Chester Fund for Education and the Arts, Morris Arboretum of the University of Pennsylvania, AH & Association Headquarters, Autism Speaks, Cumberland County Guidance Center, and Acenda Integrated Health.
