Anne Couldridge

Anne Couldridge is the current Executive Director at THE ARC OF CUMBERLAND AND PERRY COUNTIES. Anne has also previously worked as the futures planning co-lead and stakeholder innovation to support families at the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs. Anne is passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, and they have dedicated their career to this cause. Anne is a strong advocate for self-determination and inclusion, and they work tirelessly to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Anne Couldridge pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Harrisburg Area Community College.
