Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at The Arc of East Central Iowa oversees the strategic direction and execution of the organization's mission, vision, and core values. This team is responsible for decision-making, organizational governance, and ensuring that the needs of individuals with intellectual and related developmental disabilities are met with dignity and inclusion. They collaborate with state and national offices to unify efforts in support services, awareness campaigns, and public policy advocacy.
