Tracy Augello

Tracy Augello is the Chief Administrative Officer at THE ARC OF GENESEE ORLEANS. Tracy has over six years of experience in human resources, including leading the Human Resources department at Anthony J Costello & Son Developmet/USAirports. Tracy has a passion for developing HR programs that support business objectives, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws. Tracy also enjoys supervising human resource department associates and overseeing the payroll function and benefits administration.

Tracy Augello has a BS Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College and a Certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in 10-Hour OSHA - General Industry Safety and Health. Tracy also has a degree from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.

They work with Stacy Szumigala - Director of Residential Services, Sherri Raab - Director of Day Habilitation Services, and Melissa Cotter - Director of Vocational Services. Tracy Augello reports to Donna Saskowski, Executive Director.
