Mitchell Kane

Mitchell Kane is an IT Support Specialist at Arc GLOW, responsible for delivering on-site and remote technical support, as well as configuring and deploying user equipment. Prior to this role, Mitchell served as a Store Manager at AT&T Premier Technologies from May 2016 to April 2022, where leadership skills were utilized to drive team performance and enforce security policies. Mitchell holds a Certificate in Cybersecurity from the University at Buffalo, completed in May 2023.
