Theresa Ridings, MPH, is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in grant development and business strategy within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Grant Development at The Arc Montgomery County, Theresa leads strategic relationship management and oversees a comprehensive grants program focused on foundation funding. Previous roles include New Business Development Officer at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, where Theresa managed large-scale proposals and facilitated international collaboration, and Business Development Officer at IntraHealth International, focusing on grant applications and digital health initiatives.
