Holly Crane-Watkins

Holly Crane-Watkins is an experienced professional in communications and public policy, currently serving as the Communications and Public Policy Manager at The Arc of North Carolina since July 2017, where Holly advocates for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to this role, Holly held the position of Policy and Communications Director at the Communicable Disease Branch of the NC Division of Public Health from November 2010 to June 2017, where Holly contributed to strategic planning and public health policy development. Holly also served as a Campaign Coordinator at the same branch from 2006 to 2010, focusing on HIV testing awareness and campaign management. Holly holds a Master's degree in Public Health Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations from Appalachian State University.
