Evita joined The Arc of Opportunity in March 2021 as the Division Director of Quality Assurance. She holds a Masters in Human Services from UMass Boston, a Masters and Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Delhi, India. Evita worked in the Human Services field for 10 years working with diverse populations ranging from children, low-income individuals, immigrants, and individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Prior to joining The Arc, she worked at Baycove Human Services as a Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist. Evita was responsible for ensuring the implementation of program policies and procedures in Day Habilitation, Residential, Individual, and Family Support Programs to ensure excellence in service delivery and continuous quality improvement.
