Rick Johnson, MBA, SPHR has extensive experience in HR leadership roles, including serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Finance at The Arc of Plymouth and Upper Cape Cod. With a background in organizational leadership and human resources management, Rick has also held positions at Universal Health Systems, Pembroke Hospital, and Adelphia Media Services, among others.
