Stephanie Hood

Stephanie Hood is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations (CFO) at The Arc of the Farmington Valley, Inc. "Favarh" since June 2014, Stephanie oversees a budget of $18 million, focusing on financial management, risk assessment, technology, transportation, and facilities management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Chief Financial Officer at YWCA Delaware, where financial and operational oversight was provided to statewide services, including housing and youth programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Manager at Salvation Army Delaware and a long tenure in financial management at DuPont. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Master of Education from Wilmington University.
