Brian Gustafson

Brian Gustafson is currently the 1st Vice President at THE ARC OF THE QUAD CITIES AREA. Brian has over 20 years of experience in human resources and accounting.

Brian started their career as a Sr. Accounting Clerk at the Rock Island County Sheriff's Department in 2001. Brian then became the Payroll Benefit Specialist at Rock Island County in 2004. In 2008, they were promoted to HR Director, a position they held until 2013.

Brian has been instrumental in helping THE ARC OF THE QUAD CITIES AREA grow and expand its services. Under their leadership, the organization has been able to serve more people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Quad Cities area.

Brian Gustafson received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Illinois University. Brian also received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Illinois University.
