Meg Davis

Meg Davis, PHR, SCP, serves as the Associate Executive Director of People & Resources and previously held the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at The Arc of the Quad Cities Area since January 2014. Prior experience includes HR Director and Payroll Benefit Specialist roles at Rock Island County from April 2004 to August 2013, as well as Sr. Accounting Clerk at the Rock Island County Sheriff's Department from August 2001 to April 2004. Meg Davis earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Western Illinois University, completing studies from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Meg Davis also achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Western Illinois University between 2006 and 2012.
