Michael Glanz

Michael Glanz, MBA, MS, CTRS, has extensive experience in leadership roles within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Executive Director at The Arc of the Quad Cities Area since May 2016, Michael previously held multiple leadership positions at Melwood Horticultural Training Center from April 2008 to May 2016, including Vice President of Community Services and Sr. Director of Innovation & Improvement. Michael began professional experience as Day Camp Director at Camp Adventure Youth Services from June 2004 to August 2006. Academic qualifications include an MBA and a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor of Science in Leisure Studies with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Iowa, complemented by a Certificate in Leisure Studies from the University of Northern Iowa.
