Tim Rifenberg

Tim Rifenberg is an experienced program manager with a strong background in workforce development and residential services. Currently serving as Program Manager at Ontario ARC since January 2019, Tim previously held the position of Workforce Development at Finger Lakes Community College, where oversight of the Certified Nurse Assistant Training program was a key responsibility from May 2015 to January 2019. Tim's experience also includes serving as Associate Director at CDS Monarch from May 2008 to May 2015 and as Senior Residential Manager at Continuing Developmental Services from October 2003 to May 2008. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Art with a focus on Secondary Social Studies from the State University of New York Cortland, with additional studies at Rutgers University.
