Ashley Shaw MS, RD, CDN, IFS is a Clinical Dietitian at The Arc Rockland since November 2019 and a Retail Registered Dietitian for ShopRite Supermarkets since December 2015. Ashley possesses a Master of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from George Mason University, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University, completed in 2011. Previous experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant position at George Mason University, with a focus on maternal health, breastfeeding, and child development research. Internships were completed at CUNY Hunter College, Coler Goldwater Specialty Hospital, SPE Certified, W. F. Ryan Community Health Center, and the Food Bank for NYC, covering various aspects of community and clinical nutrition.
