Matthew Micka

Matthew Micka currently serves as the Human Resources Information Systems Manager at The Arc Westchester, a position held since April 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the HRIS platform to optimize support for the HR team and the organization.
