Rachel Gerstman possesses extensive experience in early childhood and special education. Currently serving as the Director of Tot Time in North Salem, Rachel oversees a preschool program offering enrichment classes in art, music, and LEGO for children aged 1-6. Additionally, Rachel has been an Outschool Teacher since September 2020, providing online classes in various subjects for preschool to third-grade students. As a Special Education Teacher at the Arc of Westchester since January 2017, Rachel leads a self-contained VB-ABA class for children on the autistic spectrum. Previous roles include special education positions at HTA of New York and the Cooke Center for Learning and Development. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Teacher of Reading from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from New York University.
