Lynne E. Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Starting in 1997, they worked as the Director of Admissions and Marketing at Catherine McAuley High School, where they successfully increased enrollment by 70% within three years and gained national visibility for the school. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Director of Parent Giving at the College of the Holy Cross, achieving a record-breaking $1 million in gifts and pledges and obtaining a 30% giving participation from financially aided parents through targeted fundraising campaigns. Lynne E. then joined the Catholic Schools Foundation in 2005 as the Director of Programs and Partnerships, where they managed a $7 million annual grant budget and transformed the scholarship program into a web-based operation that saved significant costs and enhanced tracking capabilities. In 2015, they became the Director of Implementation at the Mary E. Walsh Center for Thriving Children, overseeing the expansion of an integrated student support program to nearly 100 schools in five states and ensuring high fidelity of practice. Currently, Lynne holds the position of Executive Director of the Catholic Community Fund and Catholic Health Foundation at the Archdiocese of Boston, starting in 2022.

Lynne E. Sullivan holds an MBA degree in Management and Social Policy from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Lynne E. completed their MBA program from 2001 to 2002. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English & Studio Art from the College of the Holy Cross, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Lynne E. Sullivan also received their high school education from Catherine McAuley High School in Portland, ME, earning a diploma from 1986 to 1990.
