Nancy Lafoe, MS, serves as the Finance and Operations Manager at the Archdiocese of Boston since September 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing administration, finance, and personnel needs for parishes and schools, managing payroll for 50 employees, handling bookkeeping functions, and supervising staff. Prior to this role, Nancy held positions such as Business Manager for a parish and school, and Director of Community Partnerships and Mission at Steward Health Care/Carney Hospital, where Nancy directed community benefit programs and fostered partnerships to improve healthcare access. Additionally, Nancy has experience as the Manager of Medical Staff Services at Carney Hospital, overseeing the credentialing process for medical providers. Nancy earned an MS in Management from Emmanuel College and attended Fontbonne Academy for high school education.
