Naira Aslanyan has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Previously, they have held roles such as Assistant Director, Regional Director, Safety & Quality Assurance Manager, Employment Services Manager, and Program Supervisor at AHRC New York City, where they demonstrated success in strategic planning, operations management, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Naira has a passion for excellence and has consistently exceeded ambitious goals throughout their career. Additionally, they have served as a member of the Environmental Commission of the Borough of Fair Lawn, NJ.

Naira Aslanyan graduated from the Founder Institute in 2017, where they studied entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from North Kazakhstan State University, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Naira has also obtained certifications in Trauma Informed Programming from the Mental Health Association of NYC in 2017, and in the American Management Association - Certification Program from ISSA - The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association in 2016.
