Karen Jackman

Karen Jackman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and underwriting sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bravo Network within The Ardonagh Group since September 2025, Karen previously held the position of Sales Director at Geo Underwriting from January 2024 to September 2025. Prior to this, a career break occurred between May 2022 and February 2024 after a lengthy tenure at Aviva, which spanned from June 2008 to October 2022. During the time at Aviva, Karen progressed through several roles, including Director of Regional Brokers, Strategy and Propositions, Head of Broker Distribution, and Business Manager, focusing on market analysis, strategic development, and performance analytics. Karen holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from The Open University and an ACII qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute, complemented by foundational academics from Grove Academy and Eastern Primary School.
