Eric Aledort

Eric Aledort is the SVP of Business Development at The Arena Group. Eric has over 25 years of experience in business development and strategic partnerships.

Aledort began their career as an International General Counsel for Immuno AG. Eric then spent 13 years at The Walt Disney Company where they were the SVP of Business Development. During their time at Disney, Aledort was responsible for Dex One, an online and print yellowpages publisher. Eric also helped lead the strategy and business development functions for the company, including mobile applications and cross distribution.

In 2008, Aledort left Disney to join WebMD as the SVP of Business Partner Development. Eric focused on alliances and partnerships for both the WebMD consumer site and the MedScape professional site. Eric left WebMD in 2009 to join UberMedia where they worked as VP, Head of Media Global Partnerships.

In 2010, Aledort returned to Dex One as VP of Strategy and Business Development. Eric held this position until 2011 when they joined Yahoo! as VP, Strategy and Business Development. Eric stayed at Yahoo! until 2015 when they joined The Arena Group as SVP of Business Development.

Eric Aledort attended Tenafly High School, Vassar College, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and Georgetown University Law Center. Eric earned a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory from Vassar College, a MA in Theirtory from LSE, and a JD in law from Georgetown University Law Center.
