Lisa Cowell Shams

Lisa Cowell Shams is an experienced professional currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at VRM & The ARIA Network since November 2023 and as Co-Founder of Jeuje, Inc., a bespoke fine jewelry and accessories line established in March 2022. Additionally, Lisa has held the position of Principal at Stradella Development and Management Company, LLC since September 2018, providing consultancy services to high net worth individuals and various initiatives. Prior to these roles, Lisa was the Senior Executive Vice President for Government and Community Affairs at Westfield from December 1998 to June 2018, where significant projects such as Westfield Century City and the Westfield World Trade Center were developed under her strategic leadership. Lisa’s career also includes founding a public affairs agency and working in key staff roles for U.S. Senators. Academically, Lisa holds a BA in Politics and Religious Studies from Fairfield University and an MA in Public Opinion Research from the University of Connecticut, among other educational credentials.
