Caroline Musin Berkowitz

Caroline Musin Berkowitz has over two decades of experience in various roles within nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Currently serving as a Salesforce Administrator and IT Specialist at The ARK since April 2012, Caroline manages a donor and volunteer database, oversees technical onboarding and troubleshooting, and collaborates on maximizing Salesforce capabilities. Previous positions include Director of Marketing, Director of Volunteers and Outreach at The ARK, and Director of Student Activities and Grant Writer at Rochelle Zell Jewish High School. Caroline's innovative programming and administrative initiatives have significantly impacted volunteer engagement and community outreach. Caroline holds an MA in Jewish Communal Service and an MBA in Human Service Management from Brandeis University, along with a BA in English from the University of Iowa.
