The Arkestree is a creative firm providing business strategy, talent management, and brand development services, founded in 2024 by Bryan Haych, serving founders and creative professionals worldwide.

Since 2017, Bryan has spent 9+ years in business development, talent management, and consulting. Therefore, he understands how to build the operational systems that let a growing business, or a growing public profile, hold up under real pressure.

We partner with founders and creative talent to develop the business behind their work and the visibility around it. Business growth and public visibility are treated as one connected process, therefore clients get a single point of accountability instead of managing a business advisor and a publicist separately.

Business Advisory: Strategy, structure, and growth systems for founders. Because The Arkestree also manages the public-facing side of a founder's growth, the business advice given here is built with visibility in mind from the start, not bolted on afterward.

Talent Management: Hands-on partnership for creative talent navigating the business side of a growing career. Creative talent gets a manager who also understands business fundamentals, therefore financial and contractual decisions get made with the same rigor as the creative ones.

PR & Media: Positioning, media placement, and public narrative work so the story keeps pace with the business. Because the same firm handles both, the public narrative stays accurate to what's actually happening inside the business.

Bryan Haych founded The Arkestree after watching founders and creative talent grow the business side and the public side separately, and watching the two drift out of sync. Therefore, The Arkestree treats them as one job, not two.
