Jonathan Schindel is the Co-President and Chief Financial Officer at The Armory Foundation, focusing on business operations and opportunities to increase the scope of the organization. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the same company, where Jonathan focused on business operations, strategy, and generating additional revenues. Jonathan also has experience as an Investment Principal at Hartz Capital, Inc., an Executive Vice President at FAM, Inc., and as an Associate at Skadden Arps. Jonathan holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a JD from New York University School of Law, and an AB in Economics and Political Science from Duke University.

The Armory Foundation oversees the premier indoor track and field center in America. It is committed to serving youth by promoting fitness, a love of sport, education, and the pursuit of excellence by hosting over 100 track meets each year, maintaining the US National Track and Field Hall of Fame, operating the largest after school activities center in New York, providing college prep, youth educational support, and academic counseling services to hundreds of underserved New York City public middle and high school students, and offering a variety of community support programs, all in its world class facility.
