Ashton McKinnies

Ashton McKinnies is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and personnel management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Army Residence Community since January 2019, Ashton has previous experience as a Substitute Teacher at ECISD and as a Human Resource Assistant at both DSSW/CDS and Transcom. Responsibilities have included coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring compliance with employment documentation standards. Ashton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-San Antonio.
