Debbie Hargett

Debbie Hargett is the Director of Resident Services, a department that includes front desk reception, transportation, fleet management, emergency planning, security, beauty salon, social services, activities and wellness. Debbie has been with the Army Residence Community since January 2008. Her previous experience includes managing a home health agency, and working in the oil and gas, healthcare and retail industries. She earned her B.A. in Economics and Pre-Med from Rice University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Health Cell in San Antonio, and is a current member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is a Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP). She is also a current copy editor for 15 academic journals.
