Christopher Baldwin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and education. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Army University, Baldwin leads curriculum development for a master's degree program focused on force management and sustainment. Previous positions include Joint Logistics Officer at USSOCOM, where Baldwin ranked first among peers, and Vice President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the National Defense Transportation Association. Baldwin has also contributed as a Policy Analyst at the U.S. Department of Transportation, shaping national security policy with an emphasis on cybersecurity and resilience. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Webster University, and a Nanodegree in AI Product Manager from Udacity.

Welcome to Army University! It is an honor to serve our Army’s Soldiers and Civilians as part of an amazing team of professionals. The faculty and staff across the Army University enterprise care passionately about the education of our force and work tirelessly to ensure our people receive the credits, credentials, certifications and degrees they deserve. Army University’s primary role is to educate and develop our Army’s Uniformed and Civilian leaders. We cast a wide net, providing academic governance across the entire Army education enterprise. We ensure the currency and quality of the education that our Soldiers and Civilians receive, both in live classroom environments and in distributed learning venues. Ultimately we return agile, adaptive, and innovative leaders to the Army’s formations and to the institutional force who are capable of solving complex problems in a complex, dynamic, and ever-evolving world. Leaders who will ensure our Army can effectively shape the environment, prevent conflict, prevail in large scale combat operations and consolidate gains against peer threats in contested operating environments. Our CSA’s number one priority is the Army’s people, and our team of teams is working hard on several exciting initiatives which will benefit our Army’s professionals.
