Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Arnold Group since November 2015, Katie oversees the operational, human resources, and information systems infrastructure, and prepares analyses and reports. Previous roles include Branch Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Wichita market's operations for efficiency and growth, and Recruiter/Account Management, focusing on applicant assessment and order fulfillment. Prior experience includes a Procurement Scheduler position at Cargill, a Master Data Planning Intern role at Bombardier, and serving as a Legal Courier at Depew Gillen Rathbun & McInteer. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Wichita State University.
