Ross D. Hunter

Ross D. Hunter is an experienced restaurant professional with a diverse background in fine dining and hospitality management. Currently serving as Restaurant General Manager at The Arts Club Dubai since October 2020, Ross has also held roles such as Assistant Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager during the establishment’s opening phase. Prior experience includes the position of Assistant Event Operations Manager at The Gleneagles Hotel from May 2015 to September 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing private dining. Ross has worked in various esteemed establishments, including Hibiscus 2* by Claude Bosi, where expertise in biodynamic and organic wines was gained. A graduate of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust with a Level 3 Award in Wine, Ross's foundational education includes Advanced Highers and Highers in Graphic Communications from Bell Baxter High School.
