Shiran Olagama

Shiran Olagama is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and project management. Currently serving as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at The Ascott Limited since October 2021, Shiran has established the FP&A function to enhance strategic financial planning across over 120 locations and chairs the Operational Leadership Team. Previously, Shiran held key roles at Australian Unity as Finance Manager in the EPMO, where an investment analysis model was developed and implemented, and at Toll Group as Finance Business Partner for Transformation Projects, leading the rollout of an Oracle ERP system. Other roles include Finance Business Partner at Sensis and FP&A Analyst at Latitude Financial Services. Shiran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce & Economics from Monash University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant from CPA Australia.
