Siew Kim Beh

Siew Kim Beh is a seasoned finance and sustainability professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the real estate sector. Currently, Siew Kim serves as the Chief Financial & Sustainability Officer and Managing Director for Japan and Korea at The Ascott Limited, driving finance, capital management, investor relations, and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, Siew Kim holds the position of Managing Director for Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar at CapitaLand Ascott Trust, overseeing approximately US$8 billion in assets as a board member. Previously, Siew Kim has held significant roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Ascott Residence Trust Management Ltd and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at CapitaLand. Siew Kim's earlier experience includes serving as Group Financial Controller at Sembcorp Industries Ltd. Siew Kim is also pursuing further education in Sustainability Studies at A4S Academy and has a certificate in Fintech from the National University of Singapore.
