Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith has a diverse work experience spanning different industries.

Rachel began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Good as Gould Goalie Camp from 2006 to 2009.

Following that, they worked as a Behavioral Therapist at ABA Services of Front Range from November 2014 to June 2015, where they provided in-home behavioral therapy for children with autism and other mental health concerns.

In 2015, Rachel joined Experis as an IT Recruiter, where they specialized in attracting and placing specialized expertise in IT, Finance & Accounting, and Engineering. Rachel worked there until March 2019.

Rachel then joined The Ash Group as a Technical Recruiter in October 2019, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Recruiter in December 2021. The Ash Group is a national staffing firm focused on IT, Engineering, and Business Operations positions, where Rachel leveraged their deep industry experience to source and vet candidates.

Rachel Smith earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas, which they attended from 2006 to 2011. In 2013, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University-Denver, completing their studies in 2014.
